Ordering was easy and it shipped pretty quickly, but once it got to the local delivery hub it seemed to just sit there for a while. The delivery itself ended up taking longer than I expected, so I?d say the last-mile logistics could definitely be better.
No complaints about the chair itself, but this thing is HEAVY. Delivery was curbside, so once they got it off the truck, we still had to get it inside ourselves. Luckily my husband was home and we had a dolly, otherwise I?m honestly not sure how I would have moved it.
Once we got it where we wanted it, everything was fine. It arrived in good shape and we haven?t had any issues with the chair. Just know ahead of time that you?ll probably want another person there on delivery day.
It’s not LifeVibe, I guess the shipping company, it came completely broken, PLEASE help me.
UPDATE: LifeVibe shipped me a new one since the delivery company damaged the first one.
New one is awesome!!! 15 minutes and my nervous system is very relaxed 😌
We?ve had it for a little while now and overall we?re pretty happy with it. I use it regularly, especially after a long day.
I?m 6'4" and my wife is quite a bit smaller. It?s still comfortable for me, although there are a couple of spots where I wouldn?t mind a little more room. It seems to fit her really well though.
Funny enough, I was the one who wanted a massage chair in the first place, and now she probably uses it more than I do. She gets in after work and can stay in there forever.
My only real complaint is that I?d like a little more space at my height. Other than that, we?ve both gotten a lot of use out of it.
I love it! I Use it at work to give clie ts dual red light therapy+ relaxation.
The only thing I would change would be that roller balls on the upper back are too aggressive for half of my clients and i dont see an option to turn that part off when the chair is reclined back,but overall it has been a great chair already ❤️
We were looking at used massage chairs at first because I really didn?t want to spend this much on one. But after looking around for a while, some of the decent used ones honestly weren?t that much cheaper. My husband basically said if we?re already spending that much, we might as well buy a new one and get the 5-year warranty with it.
I?m glad we did. I use this thing way more than I thought I would. A big part of it is just having it right here at home. No driving anywhere, no appointment, no trying to fit it into my day. If I want to sit in it after work, I just do.
I thought I might regret spending the money on a massage chair, but nope. I?m kind of addicted to it now. I honestly don?t know how I went without one for so long.
What an amazing piece of tech. I do have high standards and also very picky… However, this chair has surpassed every expectation possible. From building quality, to sturdiness, is 10 across the board. Worth every penny.
I like a deeper massage, but I don?t enjoy anything that feels too harsh or intense. This one has enough pressure that I can really feel it working through my back, but it still feels smooth and comfortable.
I don?t find myself tensing up or waiting for the pressure to ease off. I can actually settle into it and relax, which is exactly what I was hoping for.
Great design! It’s unique and superior! The sonic wave is one of my favorite. At first I had a traditional one and all my family don’t like like it and returned, by then I had carefully researched all the brands, the lifevibe come to my attention, so I chose order from their website, it Took 8 days for shipping, I set it up and the left shoulder no air pressure , and I couldn’t turn it off, I contacted the sell service, they instructed me and quickly solved the issue, actually the turn off needs 3 seconds holding, this is a good setting other than the others, I love it! Now after two weeks family using, we all love it! Great buy!
Fits me at 5’ tall and my husband at 6’4. Lovely music and acoustic vibration. Rollers on the back are just too aggressive no matter how we try to adjust them. I really wish we had control over the pressure of the back rollers. It would be perfect if we did.
My parents got a LifeVibe chair a few months ago, so we got to try theirs quite a few times before buying our own. We really liked the overall experience, and when we saw it on sale, we decided to get one for ourselves. Since then, my husband has used it pretty much every day, sometimes even twice a day.
To me, some of the cheaper massage chairs feel more jarring, almost like they?re just shaking you around. Ours feels much steadier. The airbags and rollers move more smoothly, and the whole experience feels closer to an actual massage.
I also really like the zero gravity mode. It gives my back a really nice stretch and makes the whole thing feel even more relaxing.

Great customer assistance with a little damage it received in delivery. They are great to work with and rectified the damage piece by sending a new plastic lid piece that was damaged. Overall the massage chair is fantastic and definitely recommend!!
We have had our Lifevibe massage chair for about two weeks and we love it. I hesitated to buy this chair from a company that does not have a track record because they are so new. However, they exceeded my expectations. We received the chair about two weeks after we ordered it and had no issues with bringing it into our apartment and setting it up. Keep in mind, unless you make special arrangements, the chair will be delivered curbside to your house or apartment, and you will be required to get it into your place and set it up. We were prepared with a flatbed cart and it was super easy to set it up once it was in our place. We use it every day and it has been wonderful. Why did we decide to get this chair over other chairs? It was because of the sonic wave technology. We appreciate the deep massage that sonic wave action provides. Please know this chair also has rollers, and will provide as good a massage as chairs costing four times as much as this one. We can’t discuss long-term dependability but if it holds up over time, we will consider this an amazingly good buy. And, we were able to get a Letter of Medical Necessity (LMN) from our physician which will allow us to write off the cost of our chair on our taxes. I consider this to be a win-win situation.
Chair arrival went well. Was easy to unpack and the basic functions were already in place and put together. I am still figuring out all of the chairs features but what I have used so far has been wonderful. The chair is comfortable to most but could use an add-on back pad for those who are thin or have a sensitive back. Running the Solfeggio frequencies and music from my phone, through the roller, is such a bonus. You can feel the tones relaxing your body, this is a great feature!! So far this has been a great buy!
