Lifevibe Return& Refund Policy

1.Applicability

This Return & Refund Policy applies only to Products purchased directly from Lifevibe’s official website.
*Orders placed through other sales channels must follow the return policies of those respective platforms.

2.30-Day Return Window

Customers may request a return within 30 days after the day of delivery. To qualify, the Product must:

  • Be in good condition with no excessive wear
  • Include all original accessories
  • Be returned in original packaging (or equivalent protective packaging)

Lifevibe reserves the right to make reasonable deductions if the returned Product shows signs of misuse or missing components.

3.Return Shipping Cost

If the return is not related to a quality issue, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

For quality issues or freight damage upon arrival, Lifevibe will cover shipping for the replacement parts or replacement unit.

4.Condition Assessment

Lifevibe will inspect returned Products before issuing a refund.

Refund amount may be adjusted if:

  • The Product shows signs of misuse, scratches, stains
  • Packaging is missing or damaged
  • Parts or accessories are missing

In such cases, Lifevibe may deduction proportional to damage.

5.Refund Method

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after the return has been processed.

6.What Cannot Be Returned

Lifevibe does not accept returns in the following situations:

  • Products requested after 30 days
  • Products not purchased from the Lifevibe website
  • Products with evidence of misuse or unauthorized repair
  • Products missing essential components
  • Products lacking valid proof of purchase
  • Products substantially damaged by the customer
  • Free gifts or promotional items

7.Process to Request a Return

Please contact Lifevibe Customer Support: service@lifevibemassage.com

Provide:

  • Order number
  • Product details
  • Reason for return
  • Photos of the chair and packaging

8.Freight Damage (Upon Arrival)

If the Product arrives damaged due to shipping:

  • Customer must report it within 7 days of delivery
  • Provide photos/video of the damage
  • Lifevibe will arrange replacement parts or a replacement unit at no cost
