Warranty Terms & Conditions

1. Warranty Period

LifeVibe warrants that all chairs and accessories (the “Products”) shall be free from material defects in workmanship and materials for a period of five (5) year commencing from the date of delivery to the original purchaser (the “Warranty Period”).

2. Warranty Services

Subject to the terms and conditions herein, LifeVibe shall, at its sole discretion, provide the following services where a valid warranty claim is established within the Warranty Period and where the defect is not caused by artificial or improper use:

  • Provision of replacement accessories and parts free of charge.
  • Where the defect is not a quality-related issue, all shipping costs for repair and return shall be borne by the purchaser.
  • For replacement parts supplied under this Warranty, LifeVibe shall provide such parts at no cost; however, shipping expenses shall be shared equally between LifeVibe and the purchaser.
  • Replaced parts shall be recollected by LifeVibe for disposal.
  • The Warranty coverage shall continue for the remainder of the original Warranty Period or thirty (30) days from the date of replacement or repair, whichever is longer.
  • Any defect must be notified to LifeVibe within fourteen (14) days of its occurrence, supported by photographic or video evidence submitted to service@lifevibemassage.com

3. Refund and Return Policy

3.1 A valid warranty card and complete original product packaging shall be required for any return service. The purchaser shall bear the freight charges for the return shipment.

3.2 In the event that the Product cannot be repaired, the purchaser may elect one of the following remedies:

Option 1: Apply depreciation and deduction value, as determined by LifeVibe customer service, towards the direct purchase of any massage chair available on the official website.

Option 2: Apply depreciation and deduction value towards an equivalent cash coupon to be redeemed for future purchases on the official website.

3.3 LifeVibe shall not accept any return request without justification or where the issue does not constitute a quality defect.

4. Exclusions from Warranty

This Warranty expressly excludes the following:

  • Normal wear and tear of upholstery, including but not limited to cuts, scratches, abrasions, or peeling.
  • Damage resulting from accident, abuse, misuse, neglect, water ingress, fire, flood, or other external causes.
  • Consequential, incidental, or indirect damages arising from the use or inability to use the Product.
  • Damage caused by modifications or alterations without prior written consent of LifeVibe.
  • Damage incurred during self-assembly attributable to failure to follow provided assembly instructions.
  • Minor variations arising from hand-made workmanship.

5. Limited Warranty Terms

5.1 LifeVibe reserves the sole right to determine the validity of any claim under this Warranty.

5.2 Repairs or replacements necessitated by exclusions set forth in Section 4 shall be at the purchaser’s sole expense.

5.3 LifeVibe retains sole discretion to determine whether a defective component shall be repaired or replaced. Replacement components may vary in color, texture, or appearance from the original.

5.4 This Warranty is provided in addition to, and does not exclude, any statutory rights conferred by applicable consumer protection laws.

5.5 This Warranty shall be void where the Product has become defective due to misuse, improper care, inadequate maintenance, or commercial use.

6. Scope of Application

6.1 This Warranty applies solely to the original purchaser of the Product.

6.2 The rights and benefits conferred by this Warranty are non-assignable and non-transferable.

6.3 Any subsequent purchaser acquires the Product strictly on an “as-is” basis without entitlement to warranty protection.

7. Disclaimer of Other Warranties

7.1 Except for statutory warranties which cannot be excluded under applicable consumer protection laws, this Warranty is provided in lieu of all other warranties, whether express or implied, including but not limited to:

Any implied warranty of merchantability;

Any implied warranty of fitness for a particular purpose;

Any other representation or warranty made to the purchaser, whether oral or written.

8. Effective Date

This Warranty shall take effect from the date of delivery of the Product to the original purchaser.

9. Warranty Registration

To ensure entitlement to the benefits of this Warranty, purchasers are required to complete the online warranty registration promptly after delivery.
