1.Scope & Applicability
Lifevibe Limited Warranty (“Warranty”) sets forth the rights and obligations between Lifevibe (“Lifevibe”, “we”, “us”) and the original end-user purchaser (“you”, “customer”) for Lifevibe chairs and accessories (“Products”) purchased in the United States from Lifevibe directly or from an authorized Lifevibe reseller.
This Warranty applies only to Products purchased new for personal, non-commercial use. Lifevibe cannot control the quality or authenticity of products sold by unauthorized sellers; therefore, this Warranty does not apply to products purchased from unauthorized dealers, resale platforms, or second-hand channels, unless required by applicable law.
2. Warranty Period
Subject to the terms below, Lifevibe warrants that the Products will be free from material defects in workmanship and materials under normal home use during the following periods (each a “Warranty Period”), starting from the date of delivery to the original purchaser:
2.1 5-Year Warranty (Major Components)
Covers the core structural and functional systems essential to the performance of the Vibroacoustic Therapy Chair, including:

Chair frame & structural components
-
SonicWave™ Mechanism (transducers)
-
Main control board (MCU/PCB) & primary power module
-
S-L track and motor system
2.2 1-Year Warranty (Secondary Components & Accessories)
Covers components that are subject to regular wear or are non-essential to the primary therapeutic function, including:

Upholstery, pads & armrest materials
-
Remote controller
-
Secondary electronic parts
-
Wireless charging pad / USB ports
-
Reading light
-
Phone/tablet holder
-
Other included accessories
*Complimentary gifts (if any) are not covered under warranty.
3.Extended Warranty by Registration
Customers who complete online warranty registration within 30 days after delivery will receive an additional six (6) months of extended coverage.

4.Warranty Services
During the applicable Warranty Period and subject to Section 6, Lifevibe may, at its discretion:

Provide replacement parts free of charge for confirmed manufacturing defects.

Provide remote technical support (instructions, videos, troubleshooting).

Determine whether a defective component should be repaired or replaced.
4.1 Tiered Service Structure (Applies Within Each Part’s Warranty Period)
To provide enhanced long-term support, Lifevibe offers a tiered service structure within each component’s applicable Warranty Period:
4.1.1 Years 1–2

Free outbound shipping for warranty parts
4.1.2 Years 3–5

Free replacement parts

Customer bears shipping costs
4.1.3 After 5 Years

Paid replacement parts available

Customer bears shipping costs
Service tiers apply only within the Warranty Period of each component.(Example: Upholstery is covered for 2 years; it does not fall under the 3–5 year tier.)
4.2 Shipping Costs

Quality-related defect within Years 1–2:Lifevibe covers shipping for replacement parts.

Quality-related defect within Years 3–5 :Customer bears shipping costs.
-
Issues outside the Warranty Period:Customer bears cost of parts and shipping.
Replaced components become Lifevibe property.
Replacement parts remain covered for the remainder of the original Warranty Period or 30 days, whichever is longer.

6.Exclusions from Warranty
This Warranty does not cover:

Normal wear and tear, including:

Creasing, fading, discoloration
-
Minor peeling or surface abrasion

Normal operational noise
-

Damage due to misuse, including:
-
Use inconsistent with manual
-
Overloading beyond recommended limits
-
Sitting/standing on non-seating areas
-

Environmental damage, including:
-
Liquids, humidity, mold, pests
-
Fire, flood, or extreme temperatures
-
-
Damage from improper installation or relocation
-
Damage from unauthorized repair, modification, or use of non-Lifevibe parts
-
Cosmetic imperfections not affecting basic function
-
Products used commercially
-
Products with altered or missing serial numbers
-
Noise/vibration primarily caused by floor structure (e.g., hollow wooden floors)
7. Limitation of Liability & Other Rights
To the maximum extent permitted by law:

This Warranty replaces all other warranties (express or implied).

Lifevibe does not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.
-
Lifevibe is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (loss of time, use, enjoyment, etc.).
Nothing in this Warranty limits rights granted under applicable consumer protection laws.
8.Original Purchaser & Transferability
This Warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
Subsequent owners obtain the Product “as-is.”
9.Modification & Effective Date
Lifevibe may update this Warranty periodically.
