This study examined the effects of neck stabilization exercise combined with vibroacoustic sound on chronic neck pain and tension-type headache. Thirty-six patients participated in a 4-week program. Results showed significant improvements in pain (NRS), headache impact (HIT-6), and muscle tone in the vibroacoustic group, suggesting acoustic stimulation may be an effective therapeutic tool.
Sonic vibration ameliorates inflammatory diseases via the up-regulation of IL-10
This study examined sonic vibration on inflammation using mouse and cell models. At 90 Hz, SV boosted IL-10 secretion, improved survival, and eased colitis symptoms, showing its anti-inflammatory potential through cytokine modulation.
Faster Recuperation of Pain and Musculoskeletal System through Vibroacoustic Sound Therapy
This study tested vibroacoustic sound therapy in patients within 7 days of knee surgery. Over 4 weeks, VAT reduced pain, improved range of motion, and enhanced hamstring strength, confirming its therapeutic potential in early joint recovery.
